2. Availability of Services and Vehicles

• Vehicle Availability: All vehicle rentals are subject to availability. While we strive to provide the specific car model selected, Ivanka Rent a Car reserves the right to substitute a similar or equivalent vehicle based on current fleet availability.

• Service Availability: All rental services, including additional options (e.g., child seats, delivery), are subject to availability at the time of booking.

3. Pre-Rental Declaration

Before the vehicle is delivered or handed over, the renter is required to sign a declaration. By signing this, you:

• Accept responsibility for the vehicle during the rental period.

• Agree to be held liable for any traffic fines, damage, or misuse of the vehicle during the rental term.

• Acknowledge that any violations will result in deductions from your deposit or additional charges, as applicable.

4. Security Deposit

A security deposit is required for all rentals and may be paid either online or in cash at the time of vehicle pickup. Details include:

• The deposit amount and holding period vary depending on the vehicle model and will be communicated at the time of booking.

• The deposit is fully refundable after the completion of the rental period, provided the car is returned without damage, fines, or violations.

5. Vehicle Substitution

While every effort is made to provide the exact model requested, Ivanka Rent a Car reserves the right to substitute a different vehicle of similar class and specifications in cases where the chosen model is unavailable.

6. Right to Refuse Rental Requests

Ivanka Rent a Car reserves the sole right to accept or decline any rental request at its discretion, including cases involving prior violations, incomplete documentation, or non-compliance with our terms and conditions.
