1. Rental Booking Cancellations and Refunds

At Ivanka Rent a Car, we understand that travel plans can change. However, to maintain fairness and operational efficiency, we adhere to the following cancellation and refund policy:

• Full Refund: Customers are eligible for a full refund only if the cancellation request is made at least 20 days before the scheduled rental start date.

• No Refund: If the cancellation is made within 20 days of the rental start date, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support email along with proof of booking and identification.

2. Gift Cards – Validity and Policy

Ivanka Rent a Car offers digital and physical gift cards that can be used towards any eligible car rental service. Please note the following terms:

• Validity: Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

• Non-Refundable: All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.

• No Cancellation: Gift cards cannot be cancelled.

3. General Terms

• All approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10–15 business days of approval.

• Refunds and cancellations are subject to verification and approval by Ivanka Rent a Car management.

• Promotional bookings or offers may have separate terms which will be disclosed at the time of booking.
